A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your website(s) to our top–of–the–line cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesired network downtime. Because of this, we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose principal task is to ensure that your website works exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are lots of variables to consider – the total amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. Nevertheless, we do try to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour window. Less sizeable web sites are migrated faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We will require the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we will have with you as a customer. We’re devoted to protecting the security of the personal details obtained from the clients. To achieve that, we use technical safety measures in order to prevent the loss, the abuse, the alteration or the unlawful leakage of the personal details under our control. The security measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to protect and secure the information that we gather on the Internet. When we ask clients to provide financial info (such as a credit card number), this info is shielded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption method.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. Once the transfer is over, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised prior to telling you that the migration is over. After that, we’ll instruct you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to modify your DNS records.

A: While we migrate your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can access your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
